Seeking Buddhist Treasures for Happiness is a one hour documentary that features exclusive access to Lelung Rinpoche, one of the most senior teachers of Tibetan Buddhism residing in Europe.

WHY MAKE THIS FILM?

A Compelling Search

This film contains footage of two visits to Mongolia, in 2016 and 2018, where Rinpoche continues his search for some very special and rare texts, related to the teachings of Khandro Sangwa Yeshe, as well as giving teachings and empowerments and performing rituals.

Making a Big Impact

Lelung Rinpoche is dedicated to this task to preserve the teachings, re-publish and disseminate them. He sees the huge benefit they can bring to the world.

How to Live a Meaningful Life

This film will give a behind the scenes look at the life and work of Lelung Rinpoche and those around him. It will inspire and educate people about how to live a meaningful life, about Buddhism, as well as giving insights to Mongolia, its people and culture.

Many Activities to Benefit Others

Rinpoche teaches his students in formal weekly classes which are streamed online; is regularly invited to visit schools, universities, companies and Dharma centres to share his wisdom; and he performs rituals when requested to help people in a range of different ways.
