Two Open Weekend Buddhist Retreats with H.E. Lelung Rinpoche
 

8th & 9th September 2018  at the Lelung Dharma Centre
 
The retreats will involve talks, meditation, chanting, reciting mantras.

There will be Tsok offerings during the afternoon of the second day of each weekend:

Sunday 2 September :  Lama Chodpa Tsok Offering

Sunday 9 September:    Guru Tsok Offering

Schedule:
10:00-11:00
11:00-11:30 - Break
11:30-13:00
13:00-14:30 - Lunch
14:30-16:00  

Refreshments and a light lunch will be served ...
 
Everyone is welcome.
 
There is a suggested £10 donation per day and you may wish to bring some food to share but this is optional.
 
It may be useful to bring pen and paper to make notes and a mala if you have one .
